Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Giame Digital Design LLC, doing business as Creator Flow Collective (https://www.creatorflowcollective.com/), handles information in connection with The Profit Stack™, a free tool available at this website. It does not cover other Creator Flow Collective properties, products, or communications, which may be governed by separate policies.
1. Information You Provide
When you use The Profit Stack™, you enter information about a business offer — things like an offer name, the result it delivers, its price, who it's for, and what's included. This is the only information the tool intentionally asks you for.
The Profit Stack™ does not require an account, and it does not ask for your name, email address, or other personal contact information inside the tool itself. If you arrived here after opting in somewhere else (for example, through a Beacons page or a social post), any information you provided there — such as your email — was collected by that separate service under its own privacy policy, not by The Profit Stack™.
We don't intentionally ask for sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health information) anywhere in this tool, and we ask that you not enter this kind of information into the offer fields.
2. Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, ordinary technical information is generated automatically when you use The Profit Stack™ — for example, IP address, device and browser information, and request metadata. This information is processed by our hosting and security infrastructure (see “Service Providers” below) as part of normal web traffic handling, and may appear in standard server or request logs maintained by those providers. We do not claim that nothing is logged — hosting and security providers generally maintain some level of ordinary operational logging that is outside our direct control.
3. How We Use Information
- To generate the Profit Stack results you request.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the tool — including preventing abuse and enforcing generation limits.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the tool is used, so we can improve it.
We do not use the offer information you submit to identify you personally, and we do not sell your information.
4. AI Processing
The offer information you submit may be sent, server-side, to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate the Profit Stack results you requested. This request happens from our server, not your browser — our AI provider API keys are never exposed to or accessible from the client side.
We send these requests with that provider's retention setting configured so the request is not stored on the AI provider's platform for later retrieval (for example, OpenAI's “store: false” request option). This instructs the AI platform not to retain the request for reuse or retrieval through their product — it does not eliminate the kind of ordinary, short-lived infrastructure logging described in Section 7 below, which is common to essentially all API providers and outside our control.
We do not knowingly send your IP address, device/browser information, analytics data, internal database identifiers, or other hidden metadata to the AI provider — only the offer-related fields needed to produce your results. The AI provider's own data handling practices for API requests it processes are governed by that provider's own terms.
5. Cookies & Analytics
The Profit Stack™ does not currently set marketing or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may use minimal technical cookies or similar mechanisms required for the site to function. If we add analytics tooling in the future, we will update this section to describe what is collected and how it is used.
6. Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate The Profit Stack™. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes beyond providing their service to us:
- Vercel — hosts the application and handles standard web request routing.
- Firebase / Firestore (Google) — may be used for abuse prevention, rate limiting, generation counters, and limited operational information about tool usage.
- AI provider — processes submitted offer information solely to generate your Profit Stack results, as described above.
7. Data Retention
We draw a distinction between three different things when it comes to retention:
- Our application: The Profit Stack™ does not intentionally persist the offer information you submit, or the results generated for you, in our own database in this phase of the tool. Once your results are generated and returned to your browser, our application does not keep a stored copy of that submission or result.
- The AI provider: requests we send to generate your results are configured with that provider's no-retention option enabled (see Section 4), so the AI provider is instructed not to retain the request on their platform for later retrieval.
- Infrastructure providers generally: despite the above, the hosting, security, and AI infrastructure involved in operating this tool may still process or retain limited request- or log-level data — such as request metadata used for abuse prevention, billing, or security — according to their own policies and any legal or regulatory retention requirements that apply to them. We do not control, and cannot fully eliminate, this category of ordinary infrastructure-level logging.
Separately, abuse-prevention data we do intentionally keep (such as generation counters tied to rate limiting) is described in Section 6 and does not include your offer content or generated results.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable steps appropriate to a free tool of this kind to protect information — including keeping AI provider credentials server-side only and never exposing them in client-facing code. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-Party Links
The Profit Stack™ links to Creator Flow Collective and may link to other third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their policies separately.
10. Children's Privacy
The Profit Stack™ is intended for business owners, creators, and other adults operating a business, and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Your Choices & Rights
Because The Profit Stack™ does not require an account and does not collect your email or contact information directly, there is generally no stored personal profile within the tool itself for you to access or delete. If you have questions about information collected through a related opt-in (such as Beacons), please contact that service directly regarding your data there.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information under applicable law. To make a request or ask a question about this policy, contact us using the details below.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the tool evolves — for example, if we finalize an AI provider, add analytics, or change how data is handled. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do.
