The Profit Stack™ is a free educational tool that generates illustrative ideas about how an existing business offer might be extended — such as potential order bumps, upsells, bundles, or other next-step offers — based on information you provide about that offer.

The Profit Stack™ is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional business advice, and nothing generated by the tool should be treated as such. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial, legal, or tax decisions for your business.

3. No Guarantee of Results

There is no guarantee that implementing any idea, recommendation, or pricing suggestion generated by The Profit Stack™ will produce any particular result — including sales, revenue, profit, customers, or conversions. 4. You Are Responsible for Your Business Decisions

You remain solely responsible for evaluating, deciding whether to implement, and implementing anything suggested by The Profit Stack™. 5. Intellectual Property

The Profit Stack™, its interface, design, branding, and underlying content (excluding information you submit) are owned by Giame Digital Design LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works of the tool itself without permission.

You retain ownership of the offer information you submit. You are free to use, in the ordinary course of your own personal or business activity, the results generated for you — for example, building the products or offers described in your Profit Stack results.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or data from the tool using automated means;
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or exceed generation limits or other abuse-prevention or rate-limiting measures;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the tool except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• Use the tool for any unlawful purpose, or to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes another party's rights;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the tool, its underlying systems, or its infrastructure.

7. Availability & Changes to the Service

The Profit Stack™ is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the tool at any time, including generation limits, features, or availability, without notice or liability.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The Profit Stack™ relies on third-party infrastructure (such as hosting and AI processing providers) and may link to third-party sites, including Creator Flow Collective. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, sites, or their content, availability, or practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Profit Stack™is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Giame Digital Design LLCand its affiliates, officers, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, The Profit Stack™ — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because The Profit Stack™ is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the tool is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
